Welcome to EMC Component Handling ... Established in 1981, we manufacture bespoke component handling systems, to enable companies to run "lights-out production" and to eliminate the need for heavy lifting. We have supplied many industries, including turned parts, plastic mouldings, springs, pressings and die castings etc. In that time, we have become experts in linking our system with host machines - making use of vibratory chutes for soft landings, and we also have experience of separating components from oil and swarf. We sell you a solution, not just a system. Our engineers will carry out a site survey and will specify the chutes and interfaces required to get you up and running ... and they won't leave until you are completely satisfied. All of our systems come with a full twelve months parts and labour guarantee, plus technical manual and CD.
